  • An International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) is a highly trained specialist in lactation care. IBCLCs are credentialed by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE) and adhere to strict professional standards, including ongoing clinical education and a well-defined scope of practice.

  • Lactation challenges can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. If you’re facing any of the following concerns—or something unique—reach out for expert support.

    • General Breastfeeding & Chestfeeding Information:

      • Latch & Positioning 

      • Nursing norms (frequency, diaper output, milk supply, breast/body care) 

      • Infant oral anatomy & functional feeding skills 

      • Pumping & bottle feeding (choosing bottles, pumps, flange fitting, scheduling) 

      • Safe use of medications and herbal supplements

    • Infant Feeding Challenges:

      • Weight gain 

      • Latch difficulties 

      • Reflux, colic, or excessive fussiness

      • Tethered oral tissues (“Ties”) 

      • Bottle refusal or abrupt feeding changes 

      • Weaning & transitioning to solids

    • Parent Challenges:

      • Feeling lost or uncertain about feeding 

      • Physical discomfort while nursing or pumping 

      • Breast or nipple pain and concerns (e.g. clogged ducts, engorgement, mastitis, milk blebs, etc.)

      • Low or oversupply of milk

      • NICU feeding transitions & post-NICU support

      • Inducing lactation or relactation

      • Complex feeding tools (supplemental nursing systems, nipple shields, specialty feeders)

  • Your family’s well-being is my priority. I follow strict hygiene protocols, including:

    • Staying up to date on vaccinations

    • Washing hands upon arrival

    • Using gloves for physical exams

    • Wearing a KN95 mask upon request

    • Rescheduling appointments if I am unwell and offering referrals when needed

    • Appointments canceled with less than a 24-hour notice will incur a $50 fee.

    • If you are sick or experiencing an emergency, please reach out to reschedule.

    • Payment is due at the time of service (credit card or HSA/FSA accepted).

    • I am not currently in-network with insurance but can provide a superbill for reimbursement claims.
